Sounds like a peri anal abscess ( infected swelling). You need to take antibiotics for it. Tab augmentin 625 mg twice daily for 5 days. Tab pantop 40 mg before food once daiky fir 5 days. Tab dolo 650mg sos for pain and fever. If the swelling doesn't subside after 2 weeks go to a general surgeon for further management. In case of any pus is coming out of it, immediately consult a general surgeon.
