Pimple and red rash on face
My is 3months old..he keeps putting his hand in mouth all the time.and saliva allnover face due to which he hot small pimples and red rashes on his whole face..also skin looks dry..im wiping many times with plain water..pls tell me if i should apply anything?otherwise he is healthy
