It’s not directly to smoking acne is due to increase of androgen . I think you skin is seb type oily . Smoking is a bad thing leads to stress and stress increases acne . Wash you face regularly . If no improvement consult a dermatologist . Sooner to stop smoking it has no benefits only harm . Stop it
