Pilonidal Sinus - Pus coming out

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hello Doctor! I'm suffering from Pilonidal Sinus on my left buttock near the cleft region. Also there is a small hole on the cleft just daigonal to the sinus. From two days I have been on homeo medication to permanently cure the sinus from within and then pus started oozing out from the small hole which is on my cleft region ( not from the sinus area) from today. Is this a positive thing? Since the draining has started? Thank you!

Treatment with any drugs is unlikely to cure pilonidal sinus, antibiotics may reduce pus for some time, but will come back again, only answer is surgery
