Pilonidal Sinus are not cure just eating medicines, nor is it right to do modern surgery,
Kshara Sutra Therapy is a unique ancient technique, which is proved to be an effective treatment of Pilonidal Sinus. It is commonly recommended in patients suffering from Fistula & Pilonidal Sinus. According to World Health Organisation(WHO) , Kshar Sutra Therapy is better than any Modern Surgery for Pilonidal Sinus.

Don't worry you will be alright by ayurvedic KSHARASUTRA treatment method. Wait for some days, it will occur again, then you go for fistulogram for sinus track.
Kindly visit a general surgeon to properly assess your condition and confirm the diagnosis. You will require further investigations which can be taken during the ideal condition to be taken.
