She is suffering from piles since 15 years and untreated. It gives unbearable pain and sometimes she bleeds too.

Usually piles is a painless condition. It causes pain when it becomes thrombosed or prolapsed. The pain could be due to fissure. You need to consult a general surgeon for further management
