Piles Related - Pain While Passing Stool. Few Days Back

Pain while passing stool. Few days back there was bleeding also while passing stool. Sometimes the pain continues for 2-3 hours. Now there is no bleeding but there exist pain while passing the stool in the anal area. I am facing this problem since 2 weeks. I think the nerves over the anal area have swollen. Kindly guide me on this matter
