Avoid constipation..Drink plenty of liquids approx 2 to 3 liters per day and do regular brisk walking for 30 mins everyday. This will help with increasing intestinal motility
Do Not strain while passing stools
sit in a tub of lukewarm water with a cap of betadine solution twice a day for 10 mins (sitz bath)
do a deworming course . Tab Bandy 400 mg once at night ..to be chewed and swallowed..one dose
