Piles problem
Please tell me what medicine I will taken for this problem . Last six months this problem having in starting this problem having one week in a month but last 10 days it's having regularly. I have a jalan and problem in latrine also blood is coming so please tell me what medicine I will taken to fully stop this problem.

U should take all possible measures to avoid constipation.
Avoid sitting continuesly for long period.
Sitz bath is also beneficial.
Morning walk for 15 -30 min is helpful.
