You can bleed per anum (anal region) due to various reasons and piles is one among them and pain while defecation is also a symptom for many other ano-rectal disease try doing a sitz bath (sit in a tub filled with Luke warm water for 10-15 mins) which helps in reduction of pain but as soon as possible please visit a doctor Ayurveda have many non surgical methods to cure the ano-rectal Diseases
