Piles problem
I had history of piles and fissures too..now again i got piles.light pain while stooling.Is crema gel and pegfibre can be used for piles and also soaking in warm water..or pls advise any other medicine

Hi You have been using adequate treatment for your condition But what you need to know really is You have to avoid constipation at all costs no doubt all medications will help you to relive your pain but after it heals if you do not stick to the advice I am about to tell you it will reoccur again . Avoid constipation Avoid straining while passing stool To make this easy Consume Vegetables , green leafy vegetables Drink plenty of water Avoid Red meat as much as possible Stop tea and coffee for a month Continue pregafiber and syp cremafin Use Anovate ointment before and after passing stools Tab daflon 500 mg twice a day for 15 days If you follow the advice strictly the fissure will heal and the pile May decrease in size if it is less then  third degree pile  .

Fissures & hemorrhoids are a very common problem Most of the times they can be managed with making changes to diet & increasing fluid intake

Get a sigmoidoscopy done if pain worsens or if you pass blood in stool
