I am 8month pregnant & suffering from piles last month.i am taking all precautions still no improvement and also facing vaginal joint pain, consult my gyno. She said - operation he karna padega piles ka abhi karwa lo chahe delivery k bad...
I am worried ki normal delivery m problem to nhi hogi na..pls advise m kya karu..

During delivery it won't effect the delivery process, but it can get exaggerated during the bearing down process (pushing). If you want you can get operated in this 8th month itself if it's such problematic
