After my delivery I am suffering from piles and they are very painful. Though they dont bleed yet very painful

Piles are usually not painful. Pain may be due to fissure.Constipation is the main reason behind piles and fissure..Take proper measures to avoid constipation and to keep ur stomach fit. Avoid spicy fried and junk food. Avoid tea coffee and aerated drinks. . Drink plenty of liquids daily.

drink luke warm milk with 2 tsf cow ghee before sleep. plz take proper meal on time.increase liquid in food most problably butter milk is very useful . take one spoon erand bhrust haritaki churna empty stomach in morning with luke warm water. avoid curd,bakery,frozen chilled itwms. for more details visit fb page-dr.khatri's shashwat ayurvedam
