Piles or anal fissure
I suffer from chronic pain and irritation after bowel movement. Sometimes bleeding do persist due to hard stool. I have been on medication of pilex tab for 10days annovate cream and cremalax tab for 5days until medication pain subsided . Now again same symptom occurs.
