Respected sir I am suffering from piles where my excretory system after stool is done is not closing automatically I have to push back and something goes inside I don't feel any pain no blood comes while stool is passed but sometimes I have to push hard to throw stool from body Does it requires operation or medicine plxz tell me as I am 12 board commerce
