I was suffering from piles and undergone operation last month but still I loose blood every morning while I go for toilet. How long does it takes to heal completely? Should I follow any diet? Any ayurvedic medicines?

Start drinking 1 cup milk and some black raisins at night. Drink warm water always. Avoid straining during passing stools. Keep follow up with doctor who has operated on you and follow his instructions. Avoid dry and oily spicy food. Green leafy vegetables and veggies like pumpkin, Suran are useful in piles management.
