Piles fissure or fistula
I am unable to daigonis what happened to me... Before I was having piles... Now from 2-3 days some pus is discharging in my underwear and I don't even know... My piles have swollen and it's paining... Is it the case of fistula... Am worried...I have attached the pic...plz help
