Piles : Excruciating Pain
I have excruciating pain in my anus and sometimes bleeding during stool. It happens in case of constipation. Also, if the problem is fine for few days, it comes back at the time of my periods. I think it is piles but I don't know exactly. The pain is a lot! Please help what should I do.

Get urself examined by a surgeon...till then have enough liquids, high fibre diet..use syrup looz 20ml at night time for few days and see..
