Cramp like pain in anus
I am having cramp like pain on the penile side of the anus.
I had trouble passing stool 3-4 days back as it was constipated. Since then I have started getting this problem. There is no bleeding or lumps like in piles. Till today it pains while stool passing and the pain persists for a few hours and it pains just as passing stool when I fart. After a few hours there is no pain at all until i pass the stool. The pain is more like cramps (feels muscular) rather than burn or so. Need some suggestions
