Mild pain around anus area
From past 2 months, I am having pain around anus area (may be pelvic muscles not sure) just after ejaculation (No pain before or during ejaculation) Otherwise no pain at all, the pain is now reduced to much extent as it was 2 months back. And sometimes having some mild pain at the end of urination.
what could be the reason behind it? I diagnosed Ultrasound and there were seen some infection in semina vesicles. So are they connected? Urine and that post ejaculation pain?
