I feel pain in groin area/ prostate area

I feel constant pain from my lower back muscles and leads to upwards my back along with pain in my groin area. My consider there is also a problem at the end of passing urine. At the initial stage of my problem, etching sense I used to feel when passing urine and sperm. I had undergone a temporary treatment and took silo-fast, antibiotic medicines and some neuro medicines like Gabapin NT and pain release medicine like Liofen Ten. I got some relief and not completely cured. Further, I has been started when I stopped taking above all those medicines. I got USG, Urine Test, Uric Acid Test, Creatinine Test, Lipid frofile but nothing found abnormal except Uric Acid 6.39. I would be grateful if you please find solution for this problem.
