Piles ( blood in my stool)
I have been suffering from this from last 3 months regularly... Once this problem also occurred 2 years ago for some days bt however it stopped by its own... Bt nw its being 4 months and this problemm had become unstoppable for me...I also went to the Aiims the medication they provide is Austro lax and lactunol solution... But the problem is that whenever i forget taking this medication , again next day i will face problem or blood in my stool
. So is there any permanent solution to get rid of

Reason Constipation
For prevention and treatment of Constipation
Drink lot of oral fluids
Lots of fruits, vegetable salads (preferably 1 carrot, 1 cuccunbur & 1fruit with each meals)
Avoid non Veg & extra spicy meals
