Piles and its medicine
I do have external piles that bleed at times. Recently I observed a bump (a pimple kind of) near my anus. I used to have arsh kalp before but then it used to come back after some time. Kindly suggest a medicine for getting rid of it completely.

Avoid constipation, take laxatives , do hot sitz bath, avoid straining
