Piles and fistula
I have piles or fistula from more than five years and it treated by traditional way i.e fistula cut by him, he confirmed as fistula. Later on after completion of three months I found symptoms of heart burn and chest pain. I went for endoscopy doctors confirm has small hiatal hernia. I am using medications form one year but no use. Is Hiatal hernia cause of piles and fistula or not. What is the cause of hiatal hernia.
Please suggest me best solution and doctors or hospitals in Hyderabad which will go through the insurance first heal from the fistula.

Fistula piles are not at all RELATED to hiatus hernia. But stress anxiety do precipitate Gerd that is reflux acidity etc.
Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
Small Hiatal hernia needs medical treatment.
