Pile mass with pain
Hello doctor, Five days ago I got external hemorrhoid right side of anus. It's swollen painful peanut size pink color lump. As doc prescribed, I'm following daflon, anobliss, cremaffin and sitz bath. Two days ago I try to put anobliss cream inside anus with tube provided. But it hurted that pile mass. Very small tear happened. No bleeding at all. That tear was white in color. Then i used cipladine solution in sitz bath, now that teared skin place in pile mass turned black in color. What is it? Am I in trouble? Infection or pus? Please check attached photo.
