I got external hemorrhoid after diarrhea which is pea sized and pains also but no bleeding. Attaching picture for the reference.
How can I treat it?

There seems to be some amount of inflammation as well along it which can cause the pain

Need some dietary changes
Include fibre in diet
Increase water intake
Avoid oily spicy food
Take sitz bath 2-3 times a day
Apply anobliss ointment locally

Firstly start with a good antibiotic like Tab Metrogyl 400 mg Thrice daily along with Tab Zerodol SP
Start doing Sitz bath 15-20 mins daily with local application of Ano metrogyl P ointment for local application
Avoid having oily and spicy food
Later u can go for surgical interventions
