If you are talking about Fordyce spots , they are yellow to whitish in color generally appears near the lip border . They are benign and can be treated for the cosmetic purpose . Laser and creams are available for the same.
Lip Pigmetation could be hereditary or acquired because of some local factors. Temporary solutions are available or also the long term solution in the form of certain lasers, chemical peel or some hydration injection.
