Greetings. Pigmentation around the mouth and eyes - Peri oral and peri ocular pigmentation could be due to a variety of reasons. It is worth seeing you dermatologist and seeking his expert opinion for the same. The common reasons may include - hereditary factors,hormonal issues, lack of sleep, anaemia, vitamin deficiencies. If not certain other pigmentary disorders may have to be considered.
