Pigmentation on cheek

Asked for Male, 36 Years

Cheeks are slightly lighter in colour than rest .it comes and go with time without any intervention and its sometime itchy too when gets dry after bath. also having itchy patch on forehead attached pic for both issues. please help with treatment needed.
