My teenage doctor suffering from pigmentation around mouth .. Went to dermatologist she suggested to apply monolite wd clobetasol.. Wd sum oral medications used for 1 month no results.. Can u help me what to do

First of all , I do not recommend the combination that you are using already. It can further compound the problem. Perioral pigmentation takes some time to reduce and it will be in your better benefit to consult an experienced dermatologist.

Hello,
Pigmentation around mouth could be due to various causes including common ones such as vitamin B12 deficiency/ acanthosis nigricans/ pigmentary demarcation lines / fluride tooth paste use. Just using depigmenting creams on skin will not help to remove the underlying cause of pigmentation. I would recommed you consult a good dermatologist for a proper clinical examination to pinpoint the exact cause of your pigmentation and take treatment accordingly.
