Pigmentation isn't going

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I had itchiness 2 weeks ago, and the dermatologist said it's a sun allergy, but I don't play in the sun. He gave me clobetasol ointment IP... I'm using that since a week, he also gave me multivitamins. The itchiness has reduced, but I'm still having the pigmentation and discoloration of my skin on my face and hands, plz suggest me what to apply or do to remove this, it looks horrible
