Patient has been getting treatment for ibhas hospital from last 15 years but after some intervals he fall sick like quiting medicine and getting aggressive.

Since your patient has been taking treatment from IHBAS I would suggest you to take the patient there and consult your doctor in person. They will be able to guide you regarding further treatment and rehabilitation of patient. IHBAS has a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals which can cater well to your needs.
