Hi. I'm 19 year's old boy, my height is 6'2" and my weight is 57kg/127pounds. I'm physically very weak . My diet plan is above average to my age fellows.
My wrists are like girls wrists. And everyone says you can't get fat/fit. My shoulders are also very weak. People says my legs are like sticks. My neck is very very weak. Overall my body structure is like a hell of skeleton. I don't know what should I do . I don't know how to increase/gain weight. Plz help me how can I gain weight, becom fit.
