Phlegm(mucus),itchy red eyes nd sneezing
I am having a problem of mucus (phlegm) in the morning every day when I wake up and it is white. Along with I am also having itchy red eyes sometimes with sneezing. it all started one and a half year before when I was traveling in South I got sick and I was having problem of eyes itching, nose blocking, coughing, sneezing and sometimes because of this shortness of breath but somehow I treated all these things and my condition is not worse like before. For this I tried homeopathy, allopathy and went to many doctors but nothing cured me completely. Finally I started yoga and it helped me. Now I just want to cure my mucus, itchy red eyes and sneezing problem. Please tell me reason and cure for this 🙏 Thanks
