Phlegm after eating food
I spit a lot after eating food. phlegm after eating food or having any drink. After carbonated drink intake phlegm increase and acidity occurs in chest. While being empty stomach sometimes i spit yellow liquid. And i smoke. What to do to stop this spitting. Is this tuberculosis? Or anything else?

Hello, smoking increases your chances of getting a lung infection n thus your phlegm. Try to gradually reduce it n then avoid it.
Next Steps
Even carbonated drinks are not preferable. Need to perform certain exercises on a daily basis. Hope u eat well n sleep well too.

Phlegm can be due to smoking. Stop smoking, take steam, avoid spicy food
