Phimosis problem from birth
My foreskin over my penis is tight and not be flexible to open ..there is a very small space for passing urine. i have also a psoriasis problem over my leg. which doctor should i consult..is this a serious problem?does i consult doctor immediately?

No option except surgery,and that too early. You need to visit general surgeon. The tight Foreskin has to be removed. (Circumcision). Thanks.

You need to undergo a minor procedure for removal of tight foreskin. It is called circumcision. Please visit a general surgeon for this problem. And for psoriasis problem over leg , you will have to visit a dermatologist.
