Phemosis problem
From last 1-1.5 years my foreskin of the penis is not coming down during errection position, however when I tried to lower foreskin in normal conditions is came done, and I observed something unusual at the bottom of the area of retracted foreskin in the prepuce region. Suggest me the proper medication for the same.
