Foreskin attached to penis
I have a piece of skin between the foreskin and forehead of penis, it attaches the lower part of the hole and the foreskin. It's like the skin below the tongue. I don't know what to do.

It is a fold of skin called the frenulum. It is a normal part of the male genitalia. The frenulum is, in fact, the most sensitive part of the penile area, and provides the maximum sexual sensation when stimulated. You have absolutely nothing to worry about. You are perfectly normal.
