Phelgum pain in chest
My brother is liver transplant patient he had it 3 year back now he is suffering from phlegm and pain in chest at night from month dr suggested some medicine but it work temporary no covid please find his CT scan report in attachment

His lungs are fine .Pain in chest can be due to gastritis .But he has been recommended CECT Abdomen .So get it done.

Lungs looks good. The spleen enlargement and collaterals mentioned might be persisting after liver transplantation. I would recommend consulting with a gastroenterologist/ liver transplant surgeon before proceeding with the CECT scan.

Possible portal hypertension and splenocaval shunts. Needs further workup and investigation. You should consult gastroenterology specialist for further evaluation. For expectoration he can take cough syrup like Reswas LS twice a day and pulmoclear tablet once a day for seven days. Maintain good oral hygiene, salime gargles and steam inhalation with karval plus vasocap.
