Underwent surgical extraction of tooth and took ciploxTZ and enzoflam both BD for 7days.now having sore throat and pharyngitis.can I change my antibiotic all at once?Also what would be better azithromycin/erythromycin/Roxythromycin for pharyngitis?

This not a forum for prescription of antibiotics and other prescription medications. You should consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Self medication can be dangerous. Avoid self medication especially antibiotics
