Peyronie's disease

The base of my penis is thicker than the rest of the penis(hourglass shape) just before achieving the full erection and after ejaculation. During erection the shaft and base are equal in thickness.There is a very minute curve towards left but I don't feel any pain and it seems pretty normal. Can it be Peyronie's?
