Pain at the base of penis
There is a pain at the part where the penis is attached to the body. There feels something hard (like a hard vein) in the area pressed by my thumb. When the penis is flaccid i only feel the pain if i press that area. But during an erection that hard vein like thing becomes more prominent and just touching that area kind of gives pain, movement of penis during that time is also painful. Is this something serious? I first encountered the pain while masterbating, but discovered the hard vein like thing couple of days ago.
