Pet zebra finch is lethargic
My finch is always sleeping and is not energetic as he used to be. He's eating, but is very slow and does not bathe like the others. Also, his vent seems to be unclean although the droppings seem normal. We've been feeding our birds millets, cooked rice, fruits and vegetables and also replace their food twice a day. Please help.

Stop the rice and avoid leafy vegetables . If there’s no improvement in a few days best to get your pet checked by an avian vet

It looks like he got some infection. Lethargic behavior, soiled vent indicates he may be having diarrhea and dehydration too. He needs medical attention. Show him to a vet
