Personality change
I felt like my internal personality has changed during the course of antidepressants. I still feel fear and anxiety but relatively less than earlier. I also feel my memory is going to fade away soon. Still I feel like to cry.

I hope you're going for psychotherapy with your medication. Please visit a good clinical or counseling psychologist for further help. Only medication won't help your situation. Also find yourself a new hobby.
