Persistent fever after injectable antibi
My daughter 25 yr old ,had ac pyelonephritis last 6 days ,on meropenem, linazolide .counts are normal 4500 now ,some plural iffusion, but still fever persist 100digree , what could be reason sonography and ct are ok .even echo is perfect.pl advice

Please share all the reports (blood report and sonography and CT chest).
She should also have a proper physical examination by a General Physician again so that any other cause of fever can be found, if missed earlier.
