Persistent diarrhea
Sir i am suffering from diarrhea since last three months.my stools are also not normal.they are looking somewhat very darkcoloured not black and red.

-Avoid milk & milk products
T-ake lots of Curd & butter milk
-Every day morning, Write down what you have in your diet & note number of times you pass motions. Follow for 1month & you will realise which food you are allergic to & avoid that.
