Halitosis may also be related to respiratory tract and gastrointestinal infections..... One of the main reasons i found that many people have halitosis inspite of clean oral cconditions bcz they do not rinse their mouth regularly with simple water after every meal. U can also trh Freshchlor mouth wash which is specifically for halitosis

Hello, bad breath could be because of deposits on the teeth or food lodged in between your teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. visit dentist every 6 months.

Bad breath is caused by bacteria that produce odor-causing compounds and gum disease. The key to totally eliminating bad breath is to remove the source of the problem — the bacteria. For many individuals, the use of bad breath products will temporarily reduce the odors and even kill some of the bacteria. But, after years of chronic bad breath, even the strongest products will be no match for the tenacious bacteria that has built up on the tongue and even under the gums. Bacteria and resulting Bad Breath may be caused by: 1. Stomach problem. Stomach acid revegitate in the mouth. 2. Reduced Salivary flow in the mouth. 3. Unclean Tounge. 4. Habit of in between meals and not washing mouth properly after that causing food traps. 5. Bleeding Gums
Next Steps
Visit a gastroenterologist. Then visit a Dentist.
Health Tips
Clean Tongue Regularly (Use TUNG Brush & Gel). Drink lots of water. The more saliva there is to wash away bacteria and oxygenate the odors, the less prominent the breath problem. Reduce habit of in between meals. Wash your mouth thoroughly after every meal.

Going by your inputs,I would highly recommend you to get yourself medically evaluated.there can be a multitude of reasons for hallitosis and oral part only forms a small but significant part of the entire picture. For a dental evaluation,I would also recommend you a periodontist(gum specialist).
Next Steps
Go to a general medicine specialist or a gastroenterologist.
Health Tips
do not go in for any invasive procedures unless recommended with a written prescription.
