Peripheral blood smear report and others
My peripheral blood smear report suggests 1. Predominantly normocytic normochromic RBCs 2. Anisocytosis + + Hemoglobin = 11.5 Reticulocyte count = 1.69 I was covid suspected 3 months back, but couldn't confirm that due to testing after recovery. Post that ibs symptoms were there and it got controlled by medicine for 15 days. I still feel week and there is loss of weight around 5 kg and recovered now 1.5 kg. From last fortnight if exercise a lil more , it brings slight fever 100 and goes away after rest for 2-3 hrs. My sugar , iron,  hepatitis n other reports are attached. Should I consult dr? If yes which speciality? Currently in consultation with gastroenterology. Thanks Ravi
