Irregular bleeding cn be due to a lot of reasons few of which are pregnancy , medications , ovarian cysts , hormonal imbalance , thyroid disorders etc.

Hormones problem .In this age group it is common.Wait till next cycle if same problem then contact to gynaecologist.Get done TSH and Complete blood picture .In hypothyroidism and low haemoglobin percentage also causes this.
