Periods stomach pain
Hello. during periods i have to bear lot of pain in stomach and legs.what should i do if i m on job and such pain occurs due to periods. is there any medicine or instant relief remedy without any side effects? please suggest

Hi good evening Thnxs for your question U have dysmenorrhoea. For that u can do 1) more fluid intake 2) yoga will help a lot 3)for server pain on job u can take Tab. Meftal spas. 500 Thnxs

Hi, meet the Gynecologist to check wether you have a normal menstrual pain(spasmodic dysmenorrhea) or an abnormal pain( congestive dysmenorrhea). If it is just a normal menstrual pain, you can take a Tab. Metal spas 2 times a day on the day of menstruation and next day also if pain persists.
